When should I make my spa reservations?
We recommend calling one to two weeks in advance during Fall/Winter and two to four weeks in advance during Spring/Summer. For groups of six or more, we recommend calling four to six weeks in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?
For single treatment reservations, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. For spa packages, there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. For groups of six or more, a two week notice is required for cancellation.

What should I bring with me when I visit?
With your spa treatment, you also have use of our facilities for the day. If you choose to enjoy a swim in our outdoor heated pool, relax in the outdoor whirlpool, or workout in our open-air modern fitness center before or after your treatment, we encourage you to bring appropriate apparel. We provide you with a locker, robe, and sandals for your treatment experience enjoyment.

Do you have an age requirement?
Yes, our facility (including spa treatments) is available to those 16 years of age and older.

When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your spa treatment to enjoy a relaxing eucalyptus steam bath, shower and slip into your robe.

What is the difference between a Swedish massage and a Deep Tissue massage?
A Swedish massage uses longer more relaxing strokes, whereby Deep Tissue body work tends to be more therapeutic and recommended for veterans of massage, or for people with problem areas and injuries.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Health Spa Napa Valley accepts cash, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not accept personal checks.

Do you offer just a day use for my significant other who prefers to workout and enjoy the pool and whirlpool while I receive my spa treatments?
Yes, day passes are available for $25 Monday through Thursday, and $40 Friday through Sunday.
