Driving Directions From the Golden Gate Bridge: Tales 101 North past San Rafael. Take Route 37 East exit towards Napa/Vallejo. Follow Route 37 for approximately 10 miles. Exit left (at stoplight) onto Route 121 North towards Napa, just past Infineon/Sears Point Raceway. Route 121 will merge off to the right to Napa. At the second stoplight where the road dead-ends into Highway 29, turn left onto Highway 29 towards St. Helena/Calistoga. In St. Helena, turn right into driveway just past Merryvale Winery. Health Spa Napa Valley is located at the north end of the parking lot. From the Bay Bridge: Take 1-80 East towards Sacramento. In Vallejo, take exit to Route 37 towards Napa. Stay on Route 37 for a few miles and at the third stoplight turn right onto Highway 29 towards Napa. Follow Highway 29 towards St. Helena/Calistoga. In St. Helena, turn right into driveway just past Merryvale Winery. Health Spa Napa Valley is located at the north end of the parking lot. From Sacramento: Take 1-80 West towards San Francisco. In Cordelia, take the Highway 12 exit towards Napa, Stay on Highway 12 for a few miles and at the 3rd stoplight just past Chardonnay Golf Course and Kelly Road, make a right onto Highway 29. Stay in the two left lanes and follow Highway 29 to Napa/Sonoma. Continue on Highway 29 towards Napa. Follow Highway to St. Helena/Calistoga.
